Model announcement & SNEAK PEEK: Fairy-tale NYE Collection Exhibit & Debut!

In our past newsletter, we announced my upcoming Art and Fashion Exhibit that will take place at the Imagine New Year's Eve event at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. As the date gets closer, it becomes more and more exciting.  Here is a special sneak peek of one of the artworks and gowns that I prepared especially for this collection.  Each gown-painting combo corresponds to a themed area at the event.  This one is "Winter Wonderland."  Let me know what you think and I cant wait for you to see more!

Personally, I would love to thank my dear friends Brad Carrick of Creative Startup Labs, Donovan Friedman of Theme Dream Entertainment, and Owen Geronimo of San Francisco Fashion Week for helping me out with this show.  I met these San Francisco legends when I was just starting out as a designer. I have worked with Brad and Owen on many projects in the past, and they have helped me grow in my career tremendously.  I met Donovan and his beautiful girlfriend, Rebecca Benjamin, through friends and we have supported each other through years. I always enjoyed Donovan parties!  So when Brad called me in October and told me about this opportunity I said "yes" right away!

For me, it was not just that it was a Palace of Fine Arts Exhibit (which is a huge thing already) but also having well respected people in San Francisco involved and being a core of the team, such as Donovan Friedman, who is known for hosting the most upscale extravagant and legendary parties in San Francisco Bay Area,  Brad Carrick, famous  fashion attorney who has been a lawyer to San Francisco designers from Project Runway and beyond (and my attorney as well!) and Owen Geronimo, official San Francisco Fashion Week Producer. For me it's a dream come true to have these gentlemen come and join forces together and help me to put together this grand exhibit. We are all making history on this magic night and I am excited to be a part of it. Come join us! :)

Finally, no fashion exhibit team is complete without the models and I am excited to announce an all star lineup for this show.  So come see my new collection on New Years Eve, and meet, take photos and hang out with our beautiful models! (And since we are doing an exclusive silent auction, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones to "steal" a gown right off of one of their backs!)  ;)  Here is something to get you excited:
